6 IMPORTANT NOTICES!

1. For online ticket purchases, we only accept online payments. At the festival office during the event, we will only handle cash transactions, and we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets during the festival at this time.
2. After filling out the registration form, you will be redirected to make an online payment.
3. Payment should be made immediately after registration.
4. Upon registering, we automatically send a payment link to the email address provided during registration. For early registrations (Early Bird Passes), the link remains active for 15 minutes, and for standard registrations for 60 minutes. We suggest checking your spam folder and other folders, as messages can sometimes be redirected there. We are not responsible for emails blocked by email servers. If the link expires or is not delivered, please register again and make the payment directly on the festival website.
5. Please be advised that we do not reserve any tickets without payment. All unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
6. Important. All operations, including but not limited to changing the name, transferring the ticket to the next edition, logging into the Customer Panel, and retrieving the ticket, are only possible using the same email address used at purchase.
