After logging in to the Customer Panel, participants have access to their ticket and additional options related to managing it. In the panel, you can download your ticket again, change the first and last name on the ticket, transfer the ticket to the next edition of the festival, and generate and share ticket ownership confirmation.
Changing the first and last name on the ticket and transferring the ticket to the next edition of the festival are possible only after logging in to the Customer Panel.
We do not process these changes by email or through private messages. The entire process must be completed independently in the panel.
Ticket ownership confirmation is used to verify the current ticket details when changing the first and last name. It is not a ticket and does not grant access to the event.
