Upon logging into the customer panel, participants have access to the following features:
- Ticket recovery - the feature is currently active.
- Automatic transfer of the ticket to the next edition - this feature will become active from January.
- Changing the participant\'s first/last name - this feature will become active from January.
To log into the customer panel, please enter the email address provided during registration and the unique login ID found on your ticket.
